Lisa teaches a variety of interactive NVC focused seminars and workshops for small and large groups. From a 3 hour beginning mini-workshop to multiple day trainings, Lisa is available to work with you to meet the needs of your group.
In addition to seminars and workshops, Lisa is available for presentations and key note speaker events.
Lisa also includes Kripau yoga and mindfulness practices as part of her NVC trainings as an option.
Lisa is happy to offer a complimentary half hour phone consultation to discuss how she may best serve your group. Lisa offers a financial sliding scale for non-profits, schools and faith-based organizations.

Coaching for
Individuals, Couples & Families
Lisa facilitates individual, couples and family coaching with a focus on NVC principles and consciousness. Sessions are 60 to 90 minutes. Lisa offers a complimentary half hour phone consultation to determine if what she offers may meet your needs. A sliding scale is available based on client needs.

For workshops, presentations and key not address services fees are $200 per hour.

60-90 minute keynote address for groups of any size, with a focus on the benefits of empathy and compassion in the workplace, for personal growth and interpersonal relationships; orientation of focus based on participant's area of interest.
2 hour professional development: a two hour mini introduction to functional NVC, with activities geared towards understanding the power of universal human needs, empathic responses, how gratitude practice increases well-being, how to make effective requests, and role playing real scenarios.
Part I Introduction to Compassionate Communication: a 3-hour mini-workshop that covers empathy as a way to build understanding and connection, understanding universal human needs to reduce conflict, gratitude through the lens of Compassionate Communication, and how to make effective requests.
Part II Introduction to Compassionate Communication: a 3 hour mini-workshop that picks up where Part I leaves off, with skill building for preparing for connecting conversations, how to have connecting conversations, using natural language, and practice time with real examples and situations to build communication skills.
Part I and Part II are interactive and have activities that make learning more fun and engaging, and can be offered as a full day workshop, or in two hour time blocks over a variety of time lines to best meet the learning needs of your group.
Additionally, Lisa offers follow-up meetings after workshops to review areas of struggle, problem-solve, and support skill building.
Included in the workshop fee is a downloadable and printable packet of materials used in workshops, and a copy of Lisa’s ebook How to Navigate your Life with More Grace, Ease & Peace: An Introduction to Nonviolent Communication. Recordings of workshops are an option for Zoom meetings, and currently Lisa is working over Zoom and in-person.
